E receipts mean there is a record of all your purchases and also as a member my putchase is guaranteed an extra year longer than the manufacturers warrantee, this was perfect when a zip went on a Rab jacket i bought and I was able to exchange it 2 years after purchase for a brand new jacket. Members of the YHA and National Trust get 15% off non sale goods: don't forget to use your card! The flip side is that the items here are expensive they are all major brands. Good place to shop, stacks of parking (car park very muddy today) and a handy cafe next door! Loads of walks in The Water Parks to try out your new purchase!
